<p>Kış ayları yapabileceğiniz en güzel, en pratik çorbalardan birinin tarifi geliyor. Yapması çok basit, kısa sürede hazırlayabilir, ana yemek yerine bile içebilirsiniz. Bu vegan brokoli çorbası içindeki patates ve havuç sayesinde sizi uzun süre tok tutacak, vitamin ve mineralleriyle de sağlığınızı koruyacak. </p>



<p>İçindeki sebzelerimiz brokoli, patates, havuç, soğan ve sarımsak. Sebzeleri özellikle çıktığı aylara göre tüketiyor, mevsim dışı sera sebzelerinden uzak duruyorsanız bu çorbayı ocak, şubat ve mart aylarında tüketebilirsiniz. Bu arada yeni keşfettim, migroslarda dondurulmuş <a href="http://www.feast.com.tr/organik-brokoli">Feast marka organik brokoliler</a> satılıyor. Taze alma şansınız olmazsa bu şekilde de yapabilirsiniz.</p>

<p>Başka bir kolaylık da yine bir marketin sebze bölümünde karşıma çıktı. Paketlenmiş olarak küçük bir baş brokoli, ayıklanmış, kesilmiş havuç ve patates, doğranmış soğan ve sarımsak, hepsi bir aradaydı. Tabii ki ilk tercihim olmaz ama zamanım kısıtlı ve kilo ile aldığım bütün sebzelerim haftanın devamında bozulacaksa bu şekilde bir hileye başvurabilirim diye düşünüyorum <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>

<p>Gelelelim brokolinin faydalarına <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> Kendisi tam bir C vitamini deposu. 1 kase brokolide bir portakal kadar C vitamini var hatta. 100 gr brokoli tükettiğinizde günlük C vitamini ihtiyacınızın %150&#8217;sini karşılıyorsunuz <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/14.0.0/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> Her brokoli yediğinizde vücudunuza A, K, B1, B2, B3, B6 vitaminleri, folik asit, demir, magnezyum, potasyum ve çinko da alıyorsunuz. Bu yüzden vitamin zengini koyu yeşil sebzeleri bol bol tüketmek lazım.</p>



<p>Resimdeki brokoli çorbası sebze suyu ve ve bir bardak kadar da soya sütü ilavesiyle yapıldı ama tamamen suyla da yapabilirsiniz. Buzdolabında açılmış sütüm vardı ve onu değerlendirdim. Konservelerde satılan hindistan cevizi sütleri de yoğun ve kremamsı yapısıyla bu çorbaya çok yakışacaktır. </p>
